Helpful and polite. But I didn't know that when I was reserving a unit it was not in the S College Ave. facility but actually in a facility further away then I would have prefered.

I was told to go to one location but it turns out that was just for the paperwork. They then redirected me to another one of their storage facilities that was even farther away. Upon arriving, unit was not even cleaned out. Unit was dingy and dirty and rat droppings were all over the floor. Also, there were lots of broken wine glasses and halloween supplies left in the middle of the unit. I should have just paid a little more and gone to one that was in town but again that doesn't guarantee that i wouldn't have been redirected to the next town over once arriving there. This was troublesome, time consuming, and confusing. If you are booking someone for one location they shouldn't have to change locations upon arrival. That's not good business! I don't know if sparefoot has control over this, even so, next time I'll probably end up booking a unit without a 3rd party company / service.

I called a third party resv. company and made resv. I showed up at 1pm and the person was gone to lunch which would have been fine had I known in advance. She got back at 2:15pm and in the meantime I called your customer service to inquire what to do and they had me place the order. They gave me the wrong unit #, then after I called them back and said I was at the original location they told me the locker was at a different location. Then after going to that location I had to call back to get the gate code because that location had no office at all! I had to go back to the first location to sign the lease. I had paid for a lock over the phone and I had to use one I had on my trailer so I did not need to go back and forth again! She could not credit me immediately because your system would not allow it. This process was frustrating and time consuming. It should have taken a total of 20 minutes as I had a small lock but instead we were not done until 3pm!
